What?
Continual high levels of stress cause a build-up of cortisone in the body, this can lead to a multitude of physical and mental health issues. Work-related stress and anxiety is the leading cause for ill health and sickness absence in Britain, with a reported 15.4 million working days lost to work-related stress, depression or anxiety in 2017/18.
1 hour a week over 4 weeks.
