What?
Mental fitness, just like physical fitness, fluctuates over time depending on many factors. They include biological factors, such as hormones and age, and environmental factors such as current circumstances. No matter what is going on in our minds and lives, there is always an opportunity to get fitter, and we are not talking about lifting weights here!
Mental Fitness is all about understanding how the mind works, and developing higher thresholds for coping with increasing stress and uncertainty. In this introductory session, you will understand how building mental fitness habits into your daily routines will make you feel stronger, happier, and healthier, and learn how to grow the 3 core mental muscles to thrive in challenging times. This introductory session is a great start to the 4-week Mental Fitness Programme.
